The holiday poem ‘Tis the Season to be Poisoned is back by popular demand!  But, don’t let the humor distract you from its warning! There are plenty of ways to get in to trouble this season.

Luckily poison experts are always available at your local poison center: 1-800-222-1222. Our experts will still be answering calls 24/7 throughout the holidays.  If you want to read more about this season’s hazards, check out our last blog post for holiday safety tips or download our list of holiday hazards.

From all of us at the Maryland Poison Center, we wish you a happy and health holiday season and a safe start to 2018!

This poem was written by Mr. John Trestrail, a toxicologist and poison trivia expert.
